This article addresses the urgent need to adapt Argentine legislation and codes to a reality increasingly influenced by digitalization and new technologies. Based on an analysis of comparative legislation and case law, the author argues that the current regulations do not reflect the transformations that technology has brought to the legal field. The article examines examples of how other countries have integrated technological advancements into their legal systems, highlighting the importance of regulatory updates that consider issues such as digital rights, data protection, and the use of electronic tools in judicial processes. Additionally, it discusses the impact of the digital shift on judicial practice, emphasizing the need to create a legal framework that ensures both the effectiveness of justice and the protection of citizens' rights in a digital environment. In conclusion, the author calls on legislators to promote reforms that facilitate the integration of digital elements into the Argentine legal system, thereby ensuring its relevance and effectiveness in the contemporary context.
