Concrete examples illustrate the adaptation of traditional procedural tools to new technologies, highlighting both the benefits and challenges faced by the judiciary in Jujuy. The article discusses the importance of digitalization in improving the efficiency and accessibility of justice, as well as its potential to facilitate citizen participation. However, it also emphasizes the barriers to adopting these technologies, including resistance to change and the need for training for legal professionals.
