Abstract

This article examines the teaching of Intellectual Property Law –particularly trademark law– from a practical, regional perspective focused on Northwestern Argentina. Using the case method and digital tools, it seeks to strengthen professional training, decentralize legal practice, and promote a more equitable market. It incorporates pedagogical contributions from Camilloni, Lucarelli, and deliberative assessment approaches. The case study “Cervecería La Fulanita” is presented as an experience that connects legal theory, educational innovation, and territorial engagement.
