Abstract

In this interview, the president of the Argentine Association of Jury Trials reviews the current state of the system’s implementation in the country, which she does not hesitate to describe as a true boom. She highlights the positive perception among citizens, especially after receiving training or serving as jurors, and points out that the main resistance comes more from judicial operators than from society. She also underscores the importance of continuous training and outlines the Association’s priorities for the coming years, convinced that jury trials are a key tool to reverse the negative image the public holds of the Judiciary.
