Abstract

This paper examines the impact of the implementation of electronic files within the Civil Procedural Code of the Province of Jujuy. The objective is to identify the specific provisions of the Civil Procedural Code that have been modified or even repealed due to the introduction of electronic filing systems. By analyzing the current legal framework, this study aims to clarify which norms are effectively in force and operational for application in civil proceedings. The findings will contribute to a better understanding of the legal adaptations necessary to accommodate technological advancements in the judicial process.
