Abstract

This article proposes an analytical framework to evaluate jury trials from a criminal policy perspective, through the development of categories and indicators that allow for the measurement of their institutional, social, and legal impact. It addresses key categories such as the regulatory framework, the socio-cultural context, institutional practices, and the outcomes of the process. The aim is to provide tools for a critical assessment of the model and its real effects.
