Abstract

In this interview, the judge of the Supreme Court of Mendoza reviews the past, present, and future of Artificial Intelligence and explains why it represents an opportunity to improve the justice system. He also discusses issues such as AI regulation, the economic and social gaps that AI could either narrow or widen, the need for training in using the tool, and the tasks that lie ahead for the provincial judicial authorities.
